Upon your arrival at Istanbul Airport, your private guide will be waiting to welcome you at the arrival hall, holding a sign with your group’s name. From there, you will be escorted to your luxury vehicle for a private transfer to your hotel. As you travel, take in your first glimpses of this fascinating city, where Europe and Asia meet, blending history, culture, and modern charm. At your hotel, your guide will assist with check-in, ensuring a smooth and comfortable start to your stay. Take some time to relax and unwind before the adventures ahead. As a warm introduction to Turkish culture, you will receive a Nazar Boncuk, also known as the Turkish Blue Eye Bead. After a delightful breakfast, we set off on an unforgettable journey through Istanbul's history, visiting remarkable landmarks. Our exploration begins at the Hippodrome, a site once used for chariot races and civic events during the Byzantine Empire, where we admire the Egyptian Obelisk from 390 AD. Next, we visit the stunning Blue Mosque, an Ottoman architectural masterpiece with over 2,500 stained glass windows, known for its beautiful blue Iznik tiles and the tomb of Sultan Ahmet I. We continue to Hagia Sophia, a UNESCO World Heritage site that has served as a Byzantine cathedral, Ottoman mosque, and now a museum, known for its grandeur and intricate mosaics. Beneath the city, we explore the Basilica Cistern, an eerie, underground water reservoir with towering columns and Medusa head statues. Our journey takes us to Topkapi Palace, a vast Ottoman royal complex filled with treasures like porcelain, gem-encrusted artifacts, and sacred relics. Finally, we visit the Grand Bazaar, a lively market dating back to the 15th century, full of shops selling jewelry, carpets, antiques, and spices. After a day of discovery, we return to our hotel, reflecting on Istanbul’s timeless beauty.

After breakfast, your private guide will meet you at the hotel to begin a moving journey to the Gallipoli Peninsula. Enjoy a scenic four-hour drive in a luxury vehicle, arriving at one of World War I's most significant battlefields. The tour begins at Cape Helles Memorial, honoring the missing Australian and British soldiers from the 1915 landings. We then visit Anzac Cove, where Commonwealth troops launched their historic landing on April 25, 1915, enduring fierce resistance for ten months. Next, we explore Lone Pine Memorial, the site of brutal combat, and Chunuk Bair, where Anzac and Turkish forces displayed incredible bravery. At Chunuk Bair, we see the New Zealand Memorial and enjoy panoramic views of the battlefield. The journey concludes at the Gallipoli War Museum, where artifacts, letters, and personal items bring the history of the conflict to life. After a poignant day, we head to our new hotel for a Turkish dinner and a restful overnight stay.

Founded around 3000 BC, Troy was the setting for the famous Trojan War, immortalized in Homer’s *Iliad*. Discovered in the 19th century, the ruins, including the reconstructed Trojan Horse, bring to life both history and mythology, with tales of heroes like Achilles and Hector. Next, we travel to Pergamon, a Greco-Roman city renowned for its contributions to medicine and architecture (a 3-hour drive). We first visit the Asclepion, an ancient medical center where early psychological treatments were practiced. Then, we ascend to Pergamon’s Acropolis, exploring the Altar of Zeus, the Temples of Athena and Dionysus, and the Grand Theatre with its breathtaking views.
