This morning after breakfast, set off on your day of private sightseeing around Cape Town. Start with the Bo-Kaap Cooking Experience - a fully immersive social and cultural experience combining a walking tour, hands on cooking workshop and 2-course lunch. This 3 and a half hour experience will introduce you to the food, culture and traditions of the Cape Malay's of Bo-Kaap. The Bo-Kaap Cooking Tour takes you on a voyage into the life, food and culture of the Cape Malay's in Bo-Kaap whilst offering you a hands-on, practical lesson on how to cook like a real Cape Malay 'Auntie'! Learn how to make a variety of Cape Malay favourites and how to mix Masala for that perfect pot of Cape Malay Curry! Learn how to mix Masala, and make Roti's, Samoosa's, Dhaltjies and Chicken Curry from scratch. This afternoon, continue your sightseeing tour of the Mother City. Summit the legendary Table Mountain by cable car (included, weather permitting) before visiting the country's oldest building, The Castle followed by the Company Gardens, both historically fascinating and well conserved. Sense the depth of history as you drive past Parliament Buildings, City Hall and the Slave Lodge. Finally, trace the moves of a professional diamond cutter as he creates every girl's dream stone.

This morning you will be collected from your hotel. You drive along the exquisite stretch of coastline known as Millionaire's Paradise - from Clifton to Camps Bay, to the exclusive beach hamlet of Llandudno - towards the charming working harbour of Hout Bay. Wind along the legendary Chapman's Peak Drive, hugging the cliffs and relishing the breath-taking ocean views, before visiting the wild and beautiful Cape of Good Hope Section of the Table Mountain National Park, an integral part of the world-renowned Cape Floral Kingdom. After lunch (own account), you meander back along the historical naval port of Simon's Town and the endearing penguin colony at Boulder's Beach before making your way back to Cape Town.

Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your private game reserve. On arrival at your lodge, enjoy some time at leisure and time permitting head out on your first 4x4 game drive to try to spot the Big 5.
