Fiji Princess

The small size of Blue Lagoon Cruises boutique cruise ship, Fiji Princess is just one of the things that makes a cruise in it so special. Accommodating up to 68 passengers and measuring only 179 feet (55 metres) in length, it can access bays and islands that would be impossible to reach in a large ship. We can get so close to shore, that we can tie off to a coconut tree and you can swim to the beach!

There is time to step ashore and enjoy a swim or wander along the beach before or after breakfast. Sea conditions permitting, there is an opportunity to swim with reef sharks at a secret location en route to our next destination. After lunch, we take a visit to the chiefly village of Soso while this evening, we'll feast on a traditional Thali dinner. Our destination today is the famed Blue Lagoon, a superb stretch of water ringed by pretty islands. Blue Lagoon Cruises has its very own private beach here - watch as the crew position M.V. Fiji Princess right up to the beach and tie her off to a coconut tree. Jump off the back into the turquoise waters or take a tender boat to shore where our full bar awaits you. You'll dine on the beach all day today, including morning and afternoon tea, a buffet-style lunch and a traditional Lovo meal cooked underground for dinner under the stars. Today's activities include snorkelling, fish feeding, non-motorised water sports, water aerobics and volleyball, and tonight enjoy a special traditional Meke performance by local villagers.
