  • Final Payment: The balance is due 90 days before departure.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel:

  • 91+ days before departure: Your non-refundable deposit will be retained.
  • 90–76 days before departure: 50% of your total tour cost will be retained.
  • 75 days or fewer before departure: 100% of your total tour cost will be retained.
