  • Final Payment: The balance is due 90 days before departure.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel:

  • 91+ days before departure: Your non-refundable deposit will be retained.
  • 90–76 days before departure: 50% of your total tour cost will be retained.
  • 75 days or fewer before departure: 100% of your total tour cost will be retained.

Some trips may have additional cancellation penalties from our suppliers and airline partners. These are in addition to any cancellation or amendment fees charged by representative. Please note, unused land arrangements are non-refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing.
