Early in the morning depart for Santorini. Arriving in the morning (occasionally at anchor), you'll have plenty of time to explore its unique capital Fira. Perched high above the caldera, Fira offers one of the most arresting arrivals in the Aegean. Whitewashed houses cascade down volcanic cliffs, their blue domes and sunlit terraces framing endless views of the sea below. Optional Excursion to Akrotiri excavations and a tour of the villages including the small, beautiful village of Oia known for its breathtaking view over the caldera.
