On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met and assisted by Sense of Africa representative. You will then be transferred to your hotel in Arusha arriving in time for check in. Rest of the day at leisure. All meals are excluded.

Early breakfast at the hotel is followed by check out Transfer to the Arusha airport for the morning scheduled flight to Tarangire National Park. Met on arrival in Tarangire by the camp’s own driver guide who will assist to transfer to the camp. Game drives are conducted in Tarangire National Park which hosts among other species Buffalo, Elephant, Lion, Warthog, Eland, the Fringe-eared Oryx, Lesser and Greater Kudu, Gerenuk, and large numbers of Impala.

Met on arrival at Manyara by the camp’s own driver guide who will assist to transfer you to the Ngorongoro Conservation area. Arrive at your camp well in time for lunch. Later in the afternoon proceed for a guided nature walk along the crater rim.

Lemala Ngorongoro is set in an ancient acacia forest close to the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater. The camp has 9 spacious tents, positioned to provide privacy and have minimal impact on the forest environment. They accommodate 2 queen-size beds, and include luxuries like warm, winter weight duvets, hot water bottles and gas heaters. The en-suite bathrooms have a dressing area, flush toilet and a large safari-style shower.
Breakfast at the camp Today you will depart with picnic lunch boxes and descend over 600 meters to the floor of the crater for a full day crater tour. Explore the forest areas that are inhabited by monkey and elephant, the lake area, where you may see the flamingos and the open savannah where the lions hunt for food. Lunch will be taken picnic style at the crater floor. Later in the evening transfer back to your camp on the crater rim.

After breakfast, transfer to Manyara Airstrip in time for your light aircraft flight to the world famous Serengeti National Park. You will be met on arrival and transferred to your camp in time for a delicious lunch. Later this afternoon, depart on your first game drive in the Serengeti. This enormous park supports every variety of animal imaginable – from large predators such as lion, leopard and cheetah to the smaller herbivores they prey on.

After breakfast, transfer to the airstrip in time for your scheduled flight back to Arusha. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to Arusha Coffee Lodge for lunch. Afterwards, transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport in time for your onward flight with check in assistance from our local representative.
